Backlog Manager (BLM) - SAP Savants BLM seamlessly integrates your SAP Plant Maintenance Maintenance Order system with Microsoft Project.  You manage your backlog in SAP (as it should be) choose which orders/operations to put on the schedule and then perform your finite scheduling in MSP with the dates being brought back to the maintenance order operations.

Reliability Reporting - Made easy with this custom transaction which blends notification, maintenance order and equipment master data into a single workspace.  This allow you to see cause, effect and cost in a report for example cost of (from maintenance orders) bearing failures (from notification) by manufacturer (from equipment) over the last two years (from notification) by unit (from functional location).  Also includes power full pivot table table function that enables the slicing and dicing of up to 10 dimensions.

Maintenance Order Spend - Is a custom SAP transaction that provides actual  maintenance order spend by settled cost center and blends maintenance order, equipment and period (monthly) spend data into a single workspace.  It is the ONLY way to see where your maintenance dollars are going on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and how they are being spent.  Show me spend for february (from cost center) for pumps (from equipment) split by work priority (from maintenance order) for my units (from cost center hierarchy).
